This site needs negative stars for this steaming pile of dog doodie company

Worst company of all time, they seriously have global ants delivering their packages. RUN! Their staff is awful and clueless and respond like braindead gremlins whenever they want. Poop stinks and they are like explosive diarrhea in a thong. They suck at life in general don't expect to get a thing from them. Best part is they try and give you a free tee shirt with their brand on it, I would not wipe my cats butthole with that hot garbage. Probably laced with the Rona!

Dellvery is verry slow, more than 3 month.
When you complain, they say that i must contact my post office.
They ar te sender, also they have to tracking the packet.

ENOUGH!

NO refund! NO exchange! Instead it is COUNTLESS DAILY emails with my ire growing (to cursing) rage. First they wanted a video of me trying to attach their damn product to my iphone and android phone. More cussing. Then the countless back and forth emails. Those bastards sent a product that is the WRONG size! They REFUSE to either exchange it for the correct size and/or issue me a FULL refund. Saw their ad on my Face book page. Next, I'm going to report them there and hopefully kick their assess off social media!

Great Site, Use USPS shipping, it's the best

Pretty good company, just know what your doing before checking out. Use a good shipping service, make sure the product is in stock, and contact the support team frequently. If you do these things and don't shop on here like you would on Amazon, you'll be fine. Ordered two Nike Hyper dunks.

No recourse for defective items

The whole business model is evidently blatant theft. If you don't get what you ordered, or it is defective, you have ZERO recourse. I'm going on three months now from initial order and still don't have a refund. They just keep doing obvious delay tactics instead of shipping a replacement or refund. This is an open and shut case of something that overheats and damages what is attached to it. They made me make videos of it, tried to get me to try all the different modes (completely irrelevant, and again would damage whatever was attached to it), then shipped me a tiny/cheap part that would not resolve the issue in any case, and I'm supposed to open the thing up and repair it!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE THIEVES.

I have a lot of experience with Aliexpress, dhgate, bangood etc most of the "order cheap crap straight from China, if you're willing to wait a long time for shipping" places, and Fasttech is not just the absolute worst in my experience, but the more I look into it everyone says they've had terrible experience within a few orders. I don't know how they stay in business!

Never use fast tech

Ordered a vortex rug 16/6/2020 and never received. It's now 17/03/2021. Tried emailing several times with no response. In the hands of PayPal dispute hoping to get my money back.

I was skeptical to order after reading…

I was skeptical to order after reading mixed reviews at first. I have ordered twice (the 2nd time 1 hour ago) I was glad I did. No joke that have some of the most unbeatable prices out there. My 1st order was on February 12, and received it on February 22. They even uploaded a picture of the package in my order history. 1st time I've seen this done.
Anyway everything was good, ordered one Smok Nord 2 and 3 bottles of E-Juice as you can see in my profile picture
I just placed a 3nd order today, I will update this review or add a new one with the 3nd order experience.
*After reading tons of reviews of several diff Vape vendors it Seems alot of customers expect their order to be in their hand 2-3 days after ordering and they cry if its not. This is Not Amazon. Be patient

I'am already many years a customer of Fasttech, it can sometimes take time before you will receiving your item, but till now I always received the items.
They also have a very good Custom Service and always willing to help you out with issues.
Chinese and international internet shops can learn a lot from this shop.

Item-depending

A tech-oriented chinese-like site. I had several purchases from here, the quality you get greatly depends on the item you are getting. Be very careful with the items marked as "styled" also.

Refused to refund me after my item got lost in shipping

The tracking number didn't update for 2 months and they kept saying they were contacting the post office even though it was clearly lost.

Vape batteries not as described

I ordered 4 EGO II vape batteries. After 3 weeks they were delivered. I took out of package, it felt much lighter than my other EGO II batteries. Turned it on and LED charge indicator showed blue light (50% charged) so I charged for 10 hours and light still stayed blue! Upon further inspection (after 3 weeks of trying to refund) I took one apart and it was only a 700mah battery, not to mention the machining was terrible! Obviously a counterfeit! Not even worth the postage! They still refuse a refund so I'm disputing charge with PayPal and Mastercard. Do not purchase from them!

If there was a 0 Star review button, i would give it!

This is a SCAM! They send things directly from China in the cheapest packaging possible and do not send the electrical adapters that are included with like products to US customers to be able to use with our standard outlets. When i contacted them, it took a period of over a week just to get an "according to the description its not included" bull$#*! when clearly they are sending European adapters to the US. i bought from them the Dingling RF-608 Hair Trimmer from them with no adapter and bought the Dingling RF-609 on Ebay(!) which included the adapter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE CROOKS! As you can see in the picture there is a designated place for the adapter but instead there was a cheap set of nail clippers included unrelated to doing hair. I am seething over their completely disinterest and total lack of service. WILL NOT BE BACK.

Because their shipping takes months and many items get lost in shipping. They use very cheap ePacket shipping.

That's easy. If you have a bad experience with some business, you're not going to give them much leeway from the experience. If they were sincere and honest in their dealings, that's another matter. When they're are not well, hang them straight away.
